We aim to help you see what's possible for you to thrive without limits and unlock your full potential.
This is a fully live two hour program. Your real-time participation is essential for breakthroughs and building momentum. Creating a powerful transformation that can only happen through full attendance and engagement. We will record some sections of the content, but the live coaching will not be recorded.
Due to the intensive nature of this program and the importance of group dynamics, we require attendance at all sessions. While we understand emergencies happen, missing sessions significantly impacts your experience and the group's energy. We will record each session, but we encourage you to sign up for a cohort where you can fully commit to attendance.
After enrolling, you can access your course materials by logging into your account on the Inclusion Learning Lab platform. Navigate to the "My Courses" section, where you'll find all your enrolled courses, including video lectures, reading materials, and assignments.
Plan to dedicate 2 hours for this experience. The program includes live sessions, breakthrough exercises, and group discussions. You'll want to clear your calendar to be fully present - this concentrated format is designed to create rapid transformation through complete immersion.
You can interact with your instructors and peers through the course's discussion forums. These forums are available within each course module, allowing you to ask questions, share insights, and engage in discussions. Additionally, some courses may offer live Q&A sessions or virtual office hours.

Zoom Meeting - Each session combines teaching, interactive exercises, group discussion, and real-time coaching. You'll be actively engaged - not just watching presentations.
