    Executives can enter at the option level that best matches their current situation and needs. During your discovery call, we'll assess your current situation and recommend the most strategic starting point for your transformation.

  • This isn't traditional coaching—it's strategic crisis intervention designed specifically for executives at career crossroads. We focus on immediate stabilization, strategic decision-making, and authority restoration rather than general leadership development.

  • All participants sign mutual NDAs before program entry. We use first names only, maintain strict privacy protocols, and have experienced zero confidentiality breaches in over 25+ years. Your participation remains completely confidential.

  • Questions About Coaching and Cohorts

  • All sessions are conducted with strict confidentiality, mutual respect, and strategic focus. We maintain professional boundaries while fostering a safe space for open and honest leadership challenges. Sessions are recorded only with explicit permission for mentor coaching or to create professional progress or summary notes. All recordings are deleted 24 hours after any session. 

  • Cohort programs (Elevate and Emerge) include a maximum of 8 participants, all VP+ level executives. Programs combine group sessions, peer-to-peer learning, individual coaching components, and ongoing community access with NDA protection.

  • Yes, after completing Options 1 and 2, you can choose the transformation method that best suits your situation and preferences. 

    We'll help you determine whether individual coaching or cohort participation aligns with your goals.

  • All programs include access for urgent situations. Individual coaching clients have direct access, while cohort participants have access to community support and emergency consultation availability.

  • We carefully screen all participants to ensure appropriate peer-level matching, avoid conflicts of interest, and maintain a confidential environment. Similar leadership challenges and seniority levels guide our selection process.

  • Executive coaching for performance improvement plans provides confidential strategic guidance when your leadership effectiveness is being questioned. If you're facing a PIP, traditional coaching often fails because it doesn't address the urgent, reputation-sensitive nature of your situation. Our Unshakable and Possibilities coaching options help you navigate PIP requirements while making strategic decisions about your career future. We work with executives to either successfully complete their improvement plan or transition strategically to better opportunities. The key is having confidential support that protects your reputation while addressing performance concerns in a systematic manner.
